The marriage of Dave Meyer and Joyce Meyer is blessed with Four Children which include 2 sons and 2 daughters namely Daniel B. Meyer, David Meyer, Sandra Ellen McCollom, and Laura Marie Holtzmann. It should be noted that all the Children of Dave Meyer and Joyce Meyer are adults now.

Their daughters are already married to their heartthrobs while the sons retained the “Meyer” name.

Laura Marie Holtzmann Joyce and Dave Meyer’s first daughter is already 51 years of age at the time of writing this. She was born on the 5th day of April 1968.

Dave was a recent Army veteran when the two first met. In a 2013 television interview, he revealed that he had been praying for a wife shortly before driving by a young Joyce, who was outside washing her car in what Dave describes as “short shorts.” Dave rolled down his window and requested his own car wash but a sassy Joyce quickly rebuffed him.

Joyce Meyer celebrates her 79th birthday in 2022 is an American Charismatic Christian author and speaker and president of Joyce Meyer Ministries. Joyce and her husband Dave live outside St. Louis, Missouri.

Dave Meyer once said:

“As her husband, it brings a smile to my face to see Joyce’s commitment to God and this ministry—to witness her consistency day after day, week after week, year after year.”

“She can’t do anything without God’s grace, but it also requires a lot of effort. Joyce is so faithful, and I am continually amazed.”

Dave recalls thinking, “That’s the girl for me.” His persistence paid off when, five dates later, he asked for her hand in marriage.”

“They tied the knot on January 7, 1967. Joyce has described their early chemistry as “a divine connection from God.”

Joyce Meyer once shared the key to her marital success: “I think it’s successful because we stopped trying to change each other. And I think it’s successful because we’re both committed to doing what we believe God would want us to do.”

“I remember years ago when Dave and I shook hands and I looked at him and said, “I accept you the way that you are,” and he looked at me and said, “I accept you the way that you are.” That was the beginning of us having longevity in our relationship.”
