Sometimes, in the day to day grind of life, we forget to remember how good God is — His provisions, and His Faithfulness. And if we beckon to just look even closer, we can also see His goodness all around us.
It’s in the heat coming from the vents. It’s in the car in our driveway.
It’s in the job we drive to. It’s in the food we heat up for lunch. It’s in the fresh air we breathe on our way out of the office. It’s in the short but sweet phone call with your mama. It’s in the hugs from our kids.
It’s in the on-time paycheck on Friday. It’s in the steps we can take.
It’s in the promises we’ve seen come to pass. It’s in knowin that, no matter what, His promises are always Yes and Amen.
Yes, God is good all the time. And all the time, He is good. When you are near to Him, He makes a way where there is no way. He provides supernatural hope and peace that only Jesus can give. And HE knows what’s best for you and will guide your steps if you let Him.
God already knows your heart. He knows everything you’ve been through before, and everything you may go through in your future.
The Bible says: “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.”
We have a Heavenly Father who knows us fully and still loves us completely. Only a perfect love could meet our deepest flaws with unconditional grace and faithfulness. Psalm 33:15 says that God made our hearts, so he understands everything that we do. It’s the kind of love that knows every part of you and chooses to stay.
Every day we have someone to turn to who understands us, walks with us and is faithful to guide us in truth when we lean into Him. Having a relationship with God is the best relationship we could ever have because we were made to find the fullness of love in Him.
When you pursue the glory of God you are set free from seeking the approval of this world. What a gift!
In every area of your life ask God, “How can I give you all the glory in all of my life?” And then find rest in His word, God’s plan for you will always be for your own good.
So, trust Him. When you surrender you life to Him, you will be given such peace and joy that every move aligns and you will see that He is always working with you.
