Be Inspired By This Message From Joyce Meyer, “The Power and Promise of God’s Word”

Don’t give up! Don’t stop believing! Stay full of hope and expectation. God’s power is limitless, and He’ll break through for you.

John 16:33 says, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”  God never promised that life would be fair, but He did promise that if you keep your faith, He will turn what is designed to harm you into a blessing. God is not surprised by anything that has happened to you. He will give you the strength, the power and the grace to go through it.

Quit focusing on what you lost and start focusing on what you have left. Nobody has taken away your blessing. You are fortunate in both the city and the country. You’re blessed both going in and coming out. That is, you are blessed when things go your way and blessed when things don’t go your way. You’ve been blessed both in the palace and in the pit. When people are kind to you, and when they want to stop you, you are blessed. Here’s the key: the blessing did not come from people, so it cannot be taken away by people.

The Word of God is so wonderful and has power in it to renew our minds and change our lives!

Rather than focus on negative things in life, the Bible teaches us to see good things in Christ with the “eyes of your heart.” Ephesians 1:17–19 says that the Spirit of wisdom and revelation are important so we may:

Have knowledge of God, or know God Himself. This is not knowledge gained through education, but revelation.

Know the hope of our calling, the eternal plan of God and how we fit into it. We can be thankful that God has called us to be His sons and daughters, and as such, we have an inheritance.

Know that revelation knowledge of God’s power is available to us. We can do anything God asks us to do because of the greatness of His power.

You are stronger than you think! Do you believe that? God is your strength to help you in all that you do and you can rely on Him with everything. If you’re in need of encouragement today, then listen as Joyce reminds us that we can do anything with Christ and no trouble is too big for Him!

Give thanks today that you can know God, have hope, and live in His power!

Prayer of Thanks: “I thank You, Father, that You have given me hope in Christ Jesus. Today, I will focus on the good things in my life and listen for Your voice. Thank You that You lead and guide me in the wisdom and revelation of Your Word and Your Holy Spirit.”
