You could say that the Bible is a love letter from God…that’s about God. In other words, because God loves us so much, he revealed himself to us through the Bible.
The Bible tells us things about God could we could never know otherwise. It brings into your life the promise of God’s grand plan for salvation and reveals the countless, breathtaking facets of God’s unmatchable character.
There is a principle in God’s Word that says, “The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped” (Proverbs 11:25).
We are blessed by Almighty God so we can go out and express our blessings through our actions and words. When you do something for someone else—take them to a doctor’s appointment, pick them up when their car is broken down, call them, cheer them up, do something that no one else can do for them—God’s going to do special things for you.
When we make someone else’s day, we’re saying, “God, thank You for making my day.” Because when you make someone else’s day, God will make your day.
When God sees you blessing others, He blesses you, and there are no blessings to compare to the blessings of Almighty God.
Not only does God tell us He loves us, He tells us what He did for us out of His unconditional and immeasurable love.
Remember that God is close, and is extremely interested in you, personally, stay close God’s Word and you will abide in His presence.
Every time you release an area of your life to Him, every time you choose to follow God’s Word over the temptations of the world, you are experiencing true, everlasting freedom!
