‘I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With Him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.’ Those whose hearts follow after God will not be overcome by evil. They keep their eyes on the Lord and look forward to His favour and blessing. They do not fear bad news and if it comes, they are not alarmed. Realise that everything is in the hands of God, and He will take care of you.
We spend too much time trying to make things happen, then we get frustrated because it’s taking so long. You can’t make things happen out of God’s timing. You can’t make people like you that are not supposed to like you.
Stay in peace, knowing that God will have the right people find you, the right breaks track you down, the right opportunities knocking at your door. When it’s your time, the blessing will show up.
Today we wanted to remind you that God is in the business of making all things new and Christ is still your advocate!
How beautiful is it to know that God’s grace washes over us and makes us new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says that you are now an entirely new creation in Christ. God is not consulting your past to determine your future.
If He can raise the dead back to life, He can create something beautiful out of the unexpected in your life. Even when it doesn’t feel like it, God takes every moment of your life into account and weaves it into His ultimate purposes for you!
We believe in the power of testimony and we want to know—what is one thing God has delivered you from?
PRAYER: Lord, I choose to fix my eyes on You. You are my Rock and Refuge, regardless of the storms that may come my way. I will hold onto Your hand, and I will stand secure in You.
HEAVENLY Father, thank You for making all things new! As another new day begins, help us live each day for You.
May we continually have a new song in our heart to sing to You, no matter what comes our way.
We trust in You because we know that Your mercies are new every morning, and nothing ahead of us will take You by surprise. We pray with thanksgiving in our hearts.
In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen!
