Know how good God is. Know He’s faithful, He loves you, and He’ll never leave you nor forsake you!
With God there is no turning, no variation. We can depend on Him to be faithful all the time, to be merciful and forgiving all the time, to only do us good as long as we live.
If we are having a hard time, if we feel like giving up, God is still good. He is not the Author of our problems. If something bad happens to us, God is still good. He does nice things for us because He is good and loves us, not because we are good and deserve them. In our lives, we may rely on God’s goodness.
The key to happiness and fulfillment is not in changing our situation or circumstances, but in trusting God to be God in our life.
God is always working for your good and when you turn to Him in troubled times you see that He is working on your character – from the inside out – to be like His Son.
God is lifting you up in every season, have faith in the promises He has made to you.
When you pursue the glory of God you are set free from seeking the approval of this world. What a gift!
In every area of your life ask God, “How can I give you all the glory in all of my life?” And then find rest in His word, God’s plan for you will always be for your own good.
”For He gives us everything we need for life and godliness.” (2 Peter 1:3–4).
So, trust Him. When you surrender you life to Him, you will be given such peace and joy that every move aligns and you will see that He is always working with you.
Prayer Starter: Father, I know You are always good, no matter what is going on around me. Please help me to trust You in all situations, good and bad.
