God has awesome things in your future, but the only way you’ll see them is if you keep being consistent: not moved by what’s not happening, not discouraged because it’s taking longer, not slacking off because you don’t see any sign of it. Because of your faithfulness, you will receive benefits and favor if you travel consistently. You keep doing the right thing not because you have tremendous talent, courage, or faith, but because you keep doing the right thing.
God could have lived anywhere in the universe, but He chose to live in your heart. You are His most prized possession, and He has an amazing future planned for you.Today, God wants you to be free. He is urging you to put the past behind you and begin anew with Him today. Stop berating yourself for the mistakes you’ve made in the past. Stop believing that you are unworthy of nice things.
What God has ordained for you will not go to anyone else. Don’t worry about someone getting your promotion, your blessing, your favor, your spouse. What God has prophesied for your life cannot be taken by someone else. Quit being frustrated because somebody got what you wanted. If it was supposed to be yours, they couldn’t have gotten it. Be happy for them, knowing that God has something better for you.
You are the son or daughter of the Most High God. Begin to perceive yourself through God’s eyes. How does God see you? He sees you as His masterpiece, the apple of His eye, His precious child.
Keep believing, keep trying and keep doing what you can, and at the right time, things will fall into place. What God’s got planned for you is bigger than you imagined, better than you dreamed, and more fulfilling than you thought possible.
PRAYER FOR TODAY: God, I believe my better days are still to come. The pain in my life prepares me to receive twice what I have lost, so I will face whatever comes with steadfast faith. Thank you for giving me this hope. In Jesus’ Name – Amen.
