As we pursue God wholeheartedly the best decision we could ever make is to trust He’ll bring along the right person for us in His perfect timing for our lives. God’s word has never failed and it never will.
You can trust God’s timing, He gave you a promise and He intends to follow through. Even if it seems like your timing is better, remind yourself that God’s ways are best.
If God spoke it, it will happen no matter how long it takes.
Through all things God is teaching you and guiding you towards what really matters. Reflect on the thing you are feeling impatient for, ask yourself why you feel like it has to be now, and what could you learn by surrendering the timing over to God?
Trust God and His timing.
Trust that God is your Heavenly Father and has good plans for you. How we remain patient as we grow through our journey is by trusting God, walking in the spirit and knowing that God’s promises are yes and amen in Christ. God is a covenant-keeping God and He keeps His promises.
God will never, ever fail you. He will bring His promises to pass, but it will be His perfect timing.
God’s promises are often important because of our emotions. Sometimes we may “feel” like God isn’t with us or we “feel” like we can’t fully trust God to take care of the things we’re struggling with. Our emotions change constantly, but His promises mean that God doesn’t change His will, His plan or His calling over your life no matter how we might “feel.”
We need to remember that the quality of the promises takes time, versus instant satisfaction. We may want to snap our fingers and have God deliver His promises, and that is just not how it works. God is eternal and is timeless. He is there with us in the unknown and we can trust in His timing.
How will you let God’s unchanging nature affect your relationship with Him?
Trust me, I get it. I know what it feels like to see things not work out or go as planned. Or to be in a waiting season. When I was a teenager and modeling, I was told I needed to get thinner, and to always be more “perfect.” Perhaps if I did- I never would have came to Christ. If I had certain things I thought I “wanted” when I was younger, I wouldn’t have my life I have now.
God always has your best interests in mind
And the best timing. We might not understand it, but He knows what’s best. After I gave my life to Jesus I saw how everything was lining up in His perfect timing.
When we let go, and let God lead- He will always show up. He is always there. Working behind the scenes in His perfect timing for your life.
God’s timing for you in ALL things is perfect- please trust in Him and wait patiently and continue doing His will because He will bless you!!
While we can’t fathom how everything will work out, you can rest in the truth that nothing is too complex for God. No detail is left unnoticed and His timing is always perfect.
Everything is under control and happening in your life in accordance with His perfect will for you as you walk by His spirit. You can hold fast to passages such as Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which Jesus has prepared for us to do in advance.”
Trust that the one who created you cares for you. He is for you, not against you. His grace is what will continue to hold you up—not striving alone, not our ability to control all things and not perfection—but God’s grace. It has brought you this far and will carry you through.
