Sometimes we focus on the mess or the broken dream, but in all the mess God sees greatness. He knows how to convert your problems into trophies, how to take a test and transform it into a testament.
You may be in a situation now that feels hopeless, and you don’t see how any good could ever come out of it. But God still has a plan. He can bring greatness out of a great mess.
Go boldly to the throne. God always has one more time; He will give you another chance. He will bring you out of the mess you made and give you beauty for ashes.
Let God make you and mold you. Stay pliable. We should be better this year than we were last year. We should be progressing. Don’t allow the shambles become the usual. The shambles are only expected to last a few days. Keep growing.
Every time you do the right thing, it makes it a little bit easier the next time. There’s nothing wrong with being in the middle of a project. There’s something wrong with not progressing at all.
God is not like people; He’s full of mercy. He doesn’t hold our mistakes against us. He doesn’t change our fate just because we strayed from the path. He knew every incorrect decision we’d make, every blunder we’d make, every failure, and every flaw we’d have.
The good news is He has mercy for every mistake, restoration for every failure, new beginnings for every loss, a comeback for every setback. What He promised you is still on the way.
You may be in a mess right now, it was your own fault, and you don’t think there’s anything good in your future. But God has you covered. He still wants you to accomplish your dreams.
The Psalmist said, “If you go to the depths of the oceans or way up in the sky, no matter how high or low, east or west, you’ll never get away from God’s mercy.” He’ll always be there waiting for you, giving you another chance, ready to clean up the mess you made. That’s the mercy of God.
Sometimes we focus on the mess or the broken dream, but in all the mess God sees greatness. He knows how to take your troubles and turn them into trophies, how to take the test and make it your testimony.
Colossians 3:12 says, “God has given us the power to endure whatever comes our way with a good attitude.” You’ve got to go to work with a smile on your face, a good attitude, being good to people, and doing more than you have to.
You have the power to break anything that’s been holding you back. When you gave your life to Christ, you became a new creation. You have more power than any force that is attempting to stop you.
What you’re up against may look bigger, stronger, and more powerful. That’s okay. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. You have an advantage. It’s called resurrection power.
