Perhaps today, you don’t feel like you have the strength to move forward, the strength to fight the illness, the strength to raise your children. Remember, when you are weak, He is strong. I believe, right now, God is breathing special strength into you.
God is reenergizing you with fresh passion, fresh vision. You will run and not be weary; you will walk and not faint.
The scripture says, “Take hold of God’s strength.” If you don’t remind yourself that this isn’t a surprise to God, it will be overwhelming. If you couldn’t carry the weight, he wouldn’t have let it.Since He allowed it, that means you’re well able.
If you’re going to reach your highest potential, you have to make up your mind that you’re not going to be upset because things aren’t happening on your timetable.
Don’t keep hanging around people that bring out the worst in you. If your friends cause you to compromise, be negative, complain, lose your temper, that’s a sign they’re the wrong people. If you’ll let them go, God has people lined up that will bring out the best in you, people that will stir up your seeds of greatness, people that will inspire you to rise to new heights.
You can’t go by what you see or you’ll get discouraged. You may not see anything except dark clouds; everywhere you look there’s no visibility, no sign of how it’s going to work out.
Remember what God promised you. There’s not a storm you’re facing that’s a surprise to God. There’s not a problem you’re in that He can’t get you out of.
Every voice may tell you, “That’s a valley of defeat. You’ll never get out, never accomplish your dreams.” But the good news is that you don’t have to get out of the valley. God can bless you in the valley.
Don’t let your heredity stop your destiny. Don’t let what was passed down convince you to settle where you are. Break out of that limited mindset. You have greatness in you. Where you are is not where you’re supposed to stay.
You may have been through some disappointments, but this is a new day, a new year. Your greatest victories are still in front of you!
Your time is coming. God wouldn’t have given you that opportunity if you were not well able. The fear may not leave, but you’re going to feel a new confidence, a new boldness; that’s the Most High God breathing in your direction. He’s about to take you where you could never go on your own.
