There is no doubt that every baby born is precious, lovable and adorable. And some babies are simply more striking than others due to their rare features
That’s what Jorge Gomez and his wife discovered when their two beautiful daughters, Virginia and Catalina, were born.
A special birth
Virginia and Catalina are more striking than others, though. That’s what Jorge Gomez and his wife found out firsthand when their two daughters, Catalina and Virginia, were born.
In many ways, the girls were unique. First and foremost, they are twins, which is a unique blessing. Second, they were tiny preterm newborns.
Catalina was the first to arrive, weighing 5.95 pounds (about 2.6 kg), followed by Virginia, who arrived two minutes later and weighed 5.5 pounds (approx. 2.4 kg).
Completely white hair!
They were albino children! They stunned and surprised the entire world when they made their grand entrance.
Catalina and Virginia were the first albino twins born in Argentina when they were born.
Albinism is a condition in which a person’s body lacks the pigment melanin. This results in a lack of pigment across the body. These pigmentation abnormalities are frequently accompanied by eyesight impairments.
Doctors were astonished when they first saw the babies because they couldn’t disguise their surprise. Albinism is a condition in which a person’s body lacks the pigment melanin. Special care
Caring for the girls will prove to be a challenge for their parents, but with a little love and time, it will come easily for them.
During the twins’ upbringing, however, some safety precautions were necessary. The girls, for example, are highly vulnerable to UV rays, which is problematic for a family with young children.
But that will not be a problem for Jorge Gomez and his wife. A image shows them smiling from ear to ear while cradling their bundles of joy in colorful blankets. They are unquestionably proud and content parents.
In an interview, the father stated that:
”When they gave us the news that we would have two babies, it gave us a lot of happiness and when they were born and we discovered they were albinos, yet their happiness remained unchanged. It is a blessing for us.”
The two young ladies are definitely in a class of their own. This does not happen often, and most certainly not in twins.
Catalina and Virginia will reach four years old this year, and as they grow older, they become more gorgeous every day.
We wish Catalina, Virginia, and their proud parents nothing but the best in everything they undertake.
Hopefully, their story and these images will help to increase awareness about albinism and show how beautiful albinos can be.
And no matter what life throws at them, the girls will always have each other.
I wish these two sweethearts all the best, and I hope they continue to inspire the world in great ways!
