“Don’t Waste Today Regretting The Past Or Dreading The Future, Enjoy This Day Because It Is A Gift From God!”

God loves you so much today. He wants to lift your burdens and bring you comfort. He wants you to have peace because you trust in Him.

Each moment that we’re given is a precious gift from God. We can choose to have a thankful attitude and live each moment full of joy, simply because God is good and He has given us much to be thankful for.

You are a gift to the world! Celebrate what God has put in you, that you can give to other people to be a blessing.

Don’t feel guilty about taking time to yourself. If God Himself worked and then took a day of rest, we certainly need to stop and take some time to rest, too. Rest is a gift from God, so take time to receive it.

Before we hear from God, we need to learn to rely on His character, ability, and strength during times we are not hearing from Him. If we will trust Him during those times, He promises to make clear the way we should go.

If you want to love well, it is all sourced from God. That’s why we need to let God transform us. We need to build that foundation of love into our lives so there is a well of continuous love that can flow out of us. His love isn’t dependent upon how others respond to us; it is only dependent upon our connection to the One who is love.

We aren’t superficial in our love because His love runs deep. Every day we fill our lives with the living love that enables us to love the people around us, even when love is not returned to us. We love because He first loved us.

Learn to enjoy the good life God provided for you. In spite of all the troubling things going on in the world, make this daily confession: “This is the day the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it.”

It’s okay to enjoy material things but we must keep it in balance. Discontentment will always be with us if we chase after the things of the world. Remember, this world is not your home, you’re only passing through!

You can start the day saying, “I dread this day” or “God will give me strength to do what I need to do and to do it with joy.” You choose.

Are you ready to enjoy the journey? The choice is yours to make! Jesus came that we might enjoy it and share it with others, but as Joyce reminds us, it all begins with the thoughts in our minds.

We are alive in this day and hour on purpose. You don’t just pop up on the planet at some random time. God has ordained that we be alive, NOW! So, whatever is happening today, we’re part of it, and we have got what it takes to stand strong, and be a witness for Jesus in this hour.

Today, know that you can find strength, confidence and stability in God’s love. Receive His invitation to rest securely in Him. Cast your cares on Him because He cares for you. His love has no limits; His love is never ending, and His love will empower you to walk in freedom and victory in every area of your life!
