When you’re in a difficult time, more than ever, you need to look for opportunities to do good. When your dream seems impossible, find someone and help their dream come to pass. Although it is good to pray, believe, and work hard, if all of your attention is on you, some things won’t happen. God will bless you as you bless others. You will receive favor in proportion to your deeds.
I thank God for the gift of prayer. I truly believe that prayer is the strongest force available to us. It links us to Jesus, it links us to God.
Prayer. The most powerful against trials. A powerful weapon against sickness. And the most valuable gift to someone you love. And I pray for everything. Truly everything.
I offer prayers for the globe, my family, my friends, and the relationships in my life. I also pray for myself. I think that your prayers for other people won’t be as effective as they could be if your own heart isn’t in the right place. So, I pray for me.
Always pray to have eyes that see the best, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, and a soul that never loses faith in God.
I always want my eyes to see the good, to see the best. You’ve heard me say over and over again, “Always look for the good”. And I try to do that. But it is taking it to another level to look for the “best”. When you look for the best in people, you’ll see things you never thought you would see.
Prayer simply means talking to God. It may be the most powerful tool we have for personal and global transformation. Personal prayers and the prayers of a united community provide a direct link and connection to God. All things become possible and exalted as we pray in His Holy will. The Bible encourages us to rejoice always, pray contually and give thanks in all circumstances.
Forgiveness is a process that sometimes takes a lifetime to develop. And it takes practice. Years of practice. But, if you do practice, your heart can learn to forgive the very worst.
Over the years, I’ve had to realize that I’m the one who needs to forgive. To assist the other individual, I’m not pardoning them. To assist me, please forgive me. liberate me to assist me in advancing.
Training your mind to forget the bad also takes practice. For me, the word “forget” here means not to focus on the bad. Move on from it. Focus on the good and move forward.
Finally, I pray that I never lose faith in God. I pray that my soul is always bathed in faith and that I live my life in faith.
In my life, I have learned that God will give me more than I can handle. However, God will never give me more than I can handle without his help, and God will always help me. The trick, if I have to ask, and I have to pray. If I do that, God can handle it. I can’t. GOD can. Amen
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
